We want every piece to feel right in your hand. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
30-day window. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for any reason. Pieces should come back unworn, in their original linen pouch, with the gift packaging intact when possible.
Free return shipping for damaged pieces. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we cover return shipping and we cover the replacement. No restocking fee, no run-around. Just email us a photo within seven days of delivery.
First-purchase grace. Restocking fees are waived on every customer’s first order, no questions asked. We know our pieces are an investment and we’d rather you try one than wonder.
Standard returns. For change-of-mind returns on subsequent orders, we cover return shipping on orders over $150. Below that, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we’ll send a discounted prepaid label on request). Refunds process to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Engraved + customized pieces. Custom engraving is final sale unless the engraving itself is incorrect or the piece arrives damaged.
Exchanges. If you’d rather exchange than return, tell us in your email and we’ll hold the new piece while your original ships back, so nothing sells out from under you.
