Terms of service

These terms govern your use of thecovenantcraft.com and the purchase of our pieces. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are. Covenant Craft is a small jewelry studio operating out of the Mountain West United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Covenant Craft. “You” refers to the visitor or customer.

Site use. You may use our site for lawful, personal purposes — browsing, shopping, reading our journal, signing up for our newsletter. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy our content for resale, or use our site to harm anyone. Reasonable use is welcome; commercial copying is not.

Accounts. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password reasonably secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access, and we’ll lock the account while we sort it out.

Orders + acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we ship. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a piece is mispriced, sold out, or flagged as suspicious — we’ll refund you in full if we do.

Pricing + availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added where required. We do our best to keep inventory accurate; on the rare occasion a piece sells out between your click and our pick, we’ll email you with options (wait, swap, or refund).

Intellectual property. All content on this site — designs, photography, illustrations, text, the name “Covenant Craft” — is owned by us or our partners and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

User-submitted content. If you tag us, send us a photo, or post a review, you grant us permission to share that content (with credit) on our site, our journal, our emails, and our social channels.

Disclaimer. We do our best to describe each piece accurately. Natural materials — leather, wood inlay, stone — vary slightly piece to piece, and that variance is part of the craft. Photos are color-calibrated but monitors differ.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the price you paid for the piece in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
