We ship from our studio in the Mountain West, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and the occasional ward temple trip. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping (United States). All U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground with tracking. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from the day your order leaves our studio. Free standard shipping is included on every U.S. order over $75. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts (missionary farewells, sealings, last-minute baptisms — we know).
International shipping. We currently ship to Canada and Mexico. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout. We’re working on opening more international destinations through 2026.
Order confirmation + tracking. You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link the moment your package leaves our hands. If you don’t see either, check spam, then write to us.
Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn’t moved in five business days, email us with your order number. We’ll open a carrier trace and either replace the piece or refund you in full while the trace runs. You don’t have to wait for the carrier to finish.
Address changes. Email us within two hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before the label prints.
